Legend’s Puzzle Game Video 1

Been a long time?

I’ve been working on some different games using Stencyl. I posted a video to my youtube account weeks ago of my action platformer Shape Wiper. The last few days I’ve been working on a Puzzle game for a competition. It’s not close to finished, but the endless mode is in playable form

Customizable MMBN Will Have Own Website

This was already planned

Legends break was more so meant to be a general blog to give regular updates on my projects, talk about some of the great indie games out there, and discuss about game development. Right now, since CMMBN is my major project everything is integrated/hosted with legends break. However, since I’m using WordPress it has its limitations. Eventually, I’ll move most of CMMBN stuff to its own site so I can begin adding more features such as a place to host your custom files. This is looking to be done by the end of the year.

First thing I thought of when I saw this.

Kanye is a trip hahaha.

Customizable MMBN: Update 17

8-26-2009 9-24-24 PM

Desktop version of update 17 is out! (Screenshot shows replay list)

Expect update 17B in a couple of days. Website version will be updated with 17B at that time. I’ve also removed the .bat startup from the zip file. It’ll be replaced by a Webstart version in 17B, which will solve the problem those have with launching the game (and also the sound problem). For now, double click the jar to play.

Ability to create a custom pallet?

I’m wondering how many are interested in this?

I’ve been thinking about this for some time, and looking through the base engine of PulpCore I believe I can pull this off. Basically, it would allow you to change the pallet of sprites through the engine and save it for use through scripts.

If I decide to add it in, it’ll most likely come in Version 18 or 19. Version 17 will be out by Wednesday at the latest.
